Biography: Mer grew up with five little brothers, and one little sister. Mer was taught mechanics by his father, and soon was working as a mechanic in the city. After making enough money, he moved to Red Cliff, where he started on a project. The project was a maintenance hardsuit he dubbed the Hephaestus after the Greek god of fire and the forge. He then sold his hardsuit design to the Victorian military, and then continued his mechanic job.
