Biography: Marcus came into the universe in deep space, years after the Xenocide aboard a large XARKOS ship claimed property of the recently established Epsilon, his mother going into labour before she made it to the medical bay. Even at the earliest age, Marcus had his head stuck in history books, many of which based on the Great Wars of the past, he particularly enjoyed reading about World War II, his father Alexander, noticed he took a disturbing liking to dictators, like Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Lenin. His father had most of these books confiscated, but always Marcus somehow found his way back to them. He joined with his father in his expedition to the dead Solar System, with many cargo ships, in a sweep to collect any remaining natural resources, and metals that may have survived the cataclysmic destruction of the system. By this time his father had broken all ties with the new reformed Xarkon. However, Xarkon grew impatient, fearing this wayward division had been lost in the black depths of space, or captured by Natives, and sent scouts to search. The Xarkos ships soon returned almost seventeen years later, during this period, an uninhabited planet in close orbit of the star in which the planets of New Sol revolved round was colonized and became Epsilon's home planet. The ships entered the system, in orbit around Terra Nova, they received many hails from Xarkonian ships, yet they yielded no response, and determined the ship had been commandeered by pirates or smugglers, and had it's bridge fired upon both to disable it, and to avoid the 'pirates' utilizing the weapons and logs. Marcus' father died from wounds obtained from shattered transperium. Marcus felt a sudden sense of joy, and also sadness, he now had a small Empire to claim New Sol with. Using his father's death as an excuse to start his glorious conquest of New Sol, he returned to the recently named Epsilon Prime, gathering a large attack fleet, blockading Terra Nova, and declaring war on Xarkon. The three-week skirmish took place near Mordark, where the Epsilon forces were decimated. Lucas Mars explained the situation beforehand at his court trail, much to the surprise ofthe courtroom Lucas let him live, only demanding one million Crowns as reparations for the damage they had caused, shortly after the trial, Lucas spoke with Marcus and talked sense into the would-be dictator, telling him he was indeed a worthy foe, but an extremely bold one, and that he should seek to rule Epsilon as a Monarchy, like he does with Xarkon, as opposed to a complete Dictatorship. Marcus eventually agreed, and signed an armistice between the two nations, becoming a trading partner with Xarkon, building ships and fighters as a main form of income, if only to further boost Xarkon's fleet. Marcus is set to take full control of Epsilon after the aging Chancellor steps down from office.

Personality: Marcus is one of the few in Epsilon to take the slowly, but steadily growing Epsilon seriously, but he was rarely seen outside the Epsilon Senate for months at a time, due to rumours of shady dealings made with Helexith to sell the local Slashrim population into slavery. Marcus is becoming less insularthan he has been in the past, attending the funeral of Fleet Admiral James Daniels. Despite his nature his people have great respect for him, living by the Epsilon motto; those who forget the past, are condemned to repeat it.
