Role: Clay is a hunter/gatherer for his group of Achmer. He is a higher authority, and his importance is that he was the first Achmer a human has ever contacted, using a complicated machine.

Weapons of Choice: Jaws

Biography: Clay is a hunter/gatherer for his group of about 200 Achmer. Being the second in command of his group, he's high in authority. So, when a small group of human scientists went poking around their territory, Clay was the one to step up (or swim up) to get them out. The scientist chief directed a dish at him, and, without Clay's knowledge, interperited what he was saying. That was a massive scientific breakthrough for the humans. The "meat puppets" as Clay has stated them as were extatic at their discovery, and captured Clay for further study. Clay is currently in captivity in a human laboratory.

Personality: Clay is an unusually hostile Achmer. He is defensive, crude, and angered easily, usually leading him to act irrationally. After getting captured by the "meat puppets," and so being humiliatingly probed, he has made it his live-long goal to get his revenge.
