Biography: Joe was raised as an army brat moving from place to place constantly, his father, Noah Anders, was a high ranking officer in the Xarkon Army and well respected among the troops. The day Joe turned 18 he joined the Xarkon Military, this was also the same day his father retired.
Personality: Joe is a determined Squad Leader and puts the lives of his men before the mission and never leaves anyone behind, KIA or otherwise. He is constantly living under his father's shadow, and angers easily when someone remarks "Why can't you be like your father?"
